Great for gratitude journaling, scrapbooking, manifesting, anything you want, let your creativity run wild and have fun with it. There are mint green 4x6 cardstocks though out the journal, use them to write on or they can be replaced with pictures to make this into a scrapbook alum.
The pages have short quotes though out the journal, and all the pages are beautifully decorated differently but sticks to the same theme though out the journal.
Keep in mind these journals do come with their flaws, and that's what makes them unique.
